There is no Ofelas proprietary model. Where other advisors shape and mould the challenge to fit their pre-packaged solution or approach, we break new ground with each client based on our extensive experience and expertise. And that experience tells us the one-size fits-all strategic model and approach conventionally employed by firms that claim they do what we do does not work—it lacks agility for the most challenging issues that our clients face.

We have employed strategic litigation, investor state arbitration, government relations and lobbying (including for the introduction of new regulations and legislation), advertising, documentary film-making, media management, real-time intelligence gathering, counter disinformation strategies (including providing online opposition resources), on-the-ground community engagement, corporate sponsorship/citizenship initiatives, as well as what we would conventionally refer to as media relations.
