Marcus Kolga is a foreign policy and sanctions expert whose commentary regularly appears in national and international media. He has worked in digital communications, media and public relations for nearly 20 years and is an award winning documentary filmmaker and publisher of He frequently writes about the nature and effects of disinformation and propaganda on western democracies.

Kolga is a leader in the global campaign to advocate for legislation that targets human rights abusers with visa bans and asset freezes, commonly known as Magnitsky legislation. He is an expert in global sanctions legislation, compliance, targeted jurisdictions and entities targeted by sanctions.
